My First Week at University

Monday, 29 September 2014

Today marks the end of my first week at Nottingham Trent University and the beginning of officially starting my course in Fashion Communication & Promotion. Turbulent - the only to describe the week just passed. Whilst the transition from sixth form to university I knew would be a difficult one, little did I know it would be this exasperating. Rather than partying - perhaps a disadvantage of living at home - the week was characterised by stress and a couple of tears. I feel like there hasn't been a moment to breathe since starting university and with everything else going on in my life I feel a little emotionally and physically drained.

But fear not! I'm hoping this week will provide a little stability as I establish new academic routine and hopefully a new blogging routine as, dare I say, a blogpost has been rather overdue round these parts. As part of my course I shall be regularly blogging and documenting my FCP journey which shall hopefully provide a direction for my blog.

So, to cut a long story short, here are my resolutions for the commencing year;
- Stress less
- Blog more
- Embrace all opportunities that come my way.
